"This hotel has a lot of history. It was the first hotel in the Langhe area. The property grounds are beautiful and everything you would expect from a boutique hotel in Italy. The breakfast was delicious. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They provided restaurant recommendations. The center of town is walking distance. It’s full of wine tasting bars, restaurants, and beautiful streets. Many people ride their bikes around the area and hike. "

"It’s actually a palace, not a castle. We got a deluxe room and it was big and well decorated with 2 big bathrooms, one with a tub. Although it was very comfortable we noticed something weird about the toilet amenities: they are each one of a different brand and there’s no pattern. They would let a Ferragamo shampoo, a Hermès soap bar and moisturizer and a generic hand soap of low quality. Very odd. Water, coffee and tea should be offered in the room as well. "We have stayed at this hotel before. We love the location of the hotel. The hotel is very pretty with nice rooms and nice private spa facilities. The restaurant has very good food. I recommend eating at their restaurant even if you don’t stay in their hotel. They also have a nice lounge area and do a good breakfast. The service at the restaurant and through out the hotel is excellent and of 5 star quality. They offer free parking down the street in a garage but you can drop your luggage...
