"We had a lovely holiday at this VRBO. The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment is very efficient. The interior design is beautiful. It is clear that they put a lot of effort into the design. We had plenty of room to relax inside and outside. The exterior fenced area is small but definitely adequate and we were welcome to walk the dogs through the vineyard. Absolutely beautiful place and we have shared it with family and friends."

In addition to the construction noise, the air conditioning was unfortunately not functioning despite the very hot weather. As a result, we had to sleep with the windows and balcony door open. However, this led to another problem, as the noise from the pool machinery made it difficult to sleep. We spent two sleepless nights during our two-night stay. Furthermore, the room rates we paid were exceptionally high. To our disappointment, when we checked out, we noticed that the room prices had been reduced to nearly half of what we had paid. Overall, while we appreciated the kindness of the staff, the noise issues, lack of air conditioning, and high room rates significantly affected our experience."

Well I totally botched up our booking and didn’t realise until just before we were due to arrive. I explained our dilemma on arrival and the concierge was very understanding and helpful. Room was fantastic, great amenities, exceptionally clean and a quiet and efficient air conditioner. Lovely continental breakfast. Definitely recommend Palazzo Otello. Safe area and hotel environment if travelling as a solo female."
