"I arrived Sunday evening and checked in. Was not provided a wi fi password and couldn’t reach the host. Monday morning we had a horrific earthquake and I ran out of the room. Maybe 6 hours later, I was told that they will have a different room ready for me. I was very concerned about going back into the building as it had significant structural damage. "Nice hotel with good amenities. The pool area is very nice. I would recommend the heated pool. The breakfast was average at best. We also had lunch there (which was extra) but the food was much better. We were at this hotel when the earthquake hit Colombia. The site obtained only minimal damage. We did not get much guidance and/or updates at first. But they did make up for it later - providing us with more info and contingency plans if there were aftershocks. The location is a little bit away from town so traveling back at night on dimly lit roads warrant some additional attention to the roads."
