Piso 10/10, atención y mantenimiento muy mejorables.

El apartamento es un absoluto 10/10, muy bien decorado, y las vistas son sencillamente ESPECTACULARES. Lamentablemente, el mantenimiento es muy mejorable: la nevera NO FUNCIONABA y la ducha presentaba fugas en su uso. Había otros desperfectos menores que no considero importantes El grueso de mi comunicación ha sido con una inteligencia artificial que, por cierto, cambiaba idiomas entre inglés y español de forma aleatoria. Esta IA me redirigia a la guía (incompleta) del huésped donde, por cierto, falta información: como el acceso a la piscina, código de habitación, número de contacto de emergencia... Cuando requerí atención por chat de una persona, hubo comentarios poco útiles o colaboradores, teniendo en cuenta que mis dudas/peticiones iban en relación a items de normas de Airbnb. El acceso plantea un sistema que no funciona: Se reenvía una guia de huésped donde se aclara que, a partir de las 15h, dispondría del número de apartamento para poder llamar y que se me abriera de forma remota. No solo no se me proporcionó el código en esa hora, sino que requirió que esperáramos más de 20 minutos para que esta información (a priori simple) se nos proporcionara. En ningún momento se explicó la situación para tratar de entender qué ocurría, lo que generó una gran incomodidad. Este sistema, además, genera una gran dependencia en la empresa. ¿Y si llegamos a la una de la madrugada? Tuvimos que llamar al teléfono general de la empresa porque el chat está mediado por una inteligencia artificial. Tengamos en cuenta que, además, la zona tiene poca cobertura Francamente es una lastima, porque insisto que el piso es absolutamente espectacular, pero la gestión y mantenimiento no son buenos
