"Location was the best possible, had an exit directly linked to the ski lift. Overall a bit disapponted with the service, asked 4 times to get towels everytime they say its coming and it still doesnt come. Had to go down to reception to tell them, as jist get told lies on the phone. Breakfast could be better, personally the dinner didnt look great so we just went out in local restaurants which was great. Good value for money, spa they charge €10 which was not the best, sauna didnt really work, u...

"It was in the center of town and close to the things we wanted to do. My negative was that there is no A/C in the rooms and apparently they don't use wash cloths, we used a hand towel to bathe. "

"A visit for a couple of days while we competed in an event in the Pyrenees. The hotel had everything we wanted; the breakfast had plenty of choice. The lack of air conditioning in the room made it difficult to keep cool but apart from that an excellent location for our trip."

area was very nice, and the locking bicycle area (with tools) was helpful. It is a good base for many of the cycling climbs in the area around La Massana. It is possible to walk from the apartment to La Massana and Ordino."

"We were a family of four staying in a bungalow at the camping location but we also used the main hotel up on the hill and both properties were great. The bungalow was pretty basic but had what we needed and we could walk to the restaurant and sports stuff. The restaurant at the camping location was really great with fast service and delicious vegetarian options. The view at the hotel on the hill is fantastic. Service was great. We will def return "
