Excellent value for a Friday night stay with breakfast. A short walk from the train stations and old town. A decent enough breakfast.

The baseboard were dirty, theTVs and cupboards were dusty, the dishes had dried food on them, the smell in the hallway was not nice.

It was clean and nice room. Plenty of space. I was there for the Paris-Roubaix Challenge and the room has a lot of space for my bike. Next challenge I will definitely stay there again.
