Établissement très bien situé sur l’île. Peu de place de parking mais nous avons toujours trouvé rapidement. Beaucoup d’options de restauration (très bon)!! Routes en mauvais état notamment sur Caprera, attention aux voitures de location!! Beaucoup de supérettes! Excellent glacier au port!

All’arrivo e alla partenza abbiamo trovato due ragazze che fanno parte del personale gentili e molto cortesi, per quanto riguarda l’alloggio un pochino delusa, lo immaginavamo migliore.Sicuramente il corridoio di ingresso non fa un ottima impressione, andrebbe pulito più spesso.

Ok, könnte aber optimiert werden.

Das Studio ist von de Größe her ok, die Matratze im Schlafsofa eine Katastrophe. Man fühlt die einzelnen Federkerne! Die Dusche hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen und die Zufahrt zum 3-Fahrzeugeparkplarz für 20 Appartements ist eine Zumutung sofern man keinen 4x4 hat. Preis/Leistung ok.

Arrivé à l accueil vous tombez sur une femme qui ne vous regarde jamais, qui ne vous explique rien , qui seulement vous emmène à l appartement qui se trouve à 1 km de plus du centre par rapport à l annonce ! L appartement est pitoyable ! Il y a un scotch à la place de la poignée du frigo, porte de placard de la cuisine cassée, vaisselle pour 2 alors qu il y a 4 couchages, moustiques écrasés à coup de chaussures par tout sur les murs de la chambre, Clim cassée et qui sent très mauvais !!! Insonorisation catastrophique !! 4 nuits à ne pas dormir tellement on entends tous les bruits des voisins bruyants Et pour finir, nous cherchons toujours la salle de restaurant et de sport indiqué dans l annonce !! Bref !!! A fuir !!

Nell’offerta non era specificato che i servizi delle pulizie erano a pagamento e solo su richiesta. La struttura dove è ubicata la reception è quella delle foto ma la “residence” è da un altra parte. Lontana dal centro e senza vista che vedete nelle foto. Almeno o mettete le foto veritiere o specificare che gli appartamenti si trovano chissà dove e non in via Nenni. ;) almeno uno si regola ;) ah all’arrivo avevano dimenticato di fornirci gli asciugamani, il giorno dopo ci è stato lasciato solo uno e dopo la telefonata alla reception ci hanno risposto che se li vogliamo dobbiamo passare noi a prenderli. (15 min a piedi). Nemmeno la carta igienica o shampoo (1 rotolo e 1 bottiglietta per 5 giorni….)! Ps. Portatevi pure I zampironi perché la zona dove alloggiavano noi è invasa dalle zanzare ;) Sconsigliatissimo anche perché qualità prezzo non sono bilanciati neanche un po’.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e possibilità di parcheggio molto apprezzata. Camere con condizionatori e nella media pulite, ma servizi carenti (frigo gocciolante, mancanza di asciugamani per due dei quattro ospiti e indisponibilità di cartaigienica su richiesta).

Comme soulevé par un autre commentaire, que l’on remercie, la résidence Le Maree n’est pas située au même endroit que Le Vele (où est située la réception). La Résidence le Maree est située plus en contrebas, un peu plus à l’écart de la ville. La chambre est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et propre. L’isolation n’est pas excellente et la literie assez dure. Elle est en revanche bien placée pour accéder à l’île Caprera (juste à côté du pont). Pour deux nuits cela suffisait.

Cet hébergement est loin de tout il faut impérativement avoir une voiture. Le taxi revient très cher. Le logement est vieux et ne donne pas envie de rester du tout . Il y a aucun équipement, même pas le strict nécessaire. Nous sommes très déçus de plus que la résidence est divisée en deux lieux et nous avons été mis dans la résidence la plus isolée sans être prévenus alors que nous avons dit ne pas être véhiculés. De plus il n’y a aucune communication avec l’accueil.

Horrible et alerte arnaque !!! Attention lors du Check in l’endroit n’est pas celui sur l’annonce. Ils nous ont emmené dans un autre endroit pas sécurisé sans porte d’entrée. L’endroit était sombre et la porte d’entreez Cassée! Le Lit était cassé, les toilettes sales et la cuisine insalubre. Honte à vous hotels.com De proposer cet établissement !!!! Une honte

Struttura poco curata. La serratura della stanza era difficile da aprire, il wc/bidet ( incorporato) si smontava ed era scomodo da usare. Per la cifra pagata non vale la pena. La zona è generalmente cara, ma qui come stato della stanza non si raggiunge la sufficienza. Un gruppo di ragazzi magari non nota nulla, ma per una famiglia non lo consiglierei
