Bella villa Mary

Large property in the great location. The villa is very good size for a big family, it has got everything you need for vacation, plenty of dishes, mugs, glasses etc. The location hardly can be any better, - 5 minutes walk from the down town with all restaurants and bars. Owner is very reliable and responsive. So just relax and enjoy every moment while you are on La Maddalena. Definitely will recommend the villa to our friends and definitely will stay again.

Beautiful house on Isla Maddelena

Spacious, lovely house with beautiful garden and terrace. All you can wish for a unforgettable stay on the island you'll find in this house, thanks to a friendly care taker and owner. The house is closely situated to the village center, supermarkt and restaurant, which serves a good porchetto! It was our last stay on a four weeks travel vacation in Sardegna and worth every penny.We saved the best for the last!

Poco distante dal centro e dal porto raggiungibili a piedi. Manca di posto macchina ma sono disponibili parcheggi lungo le strade adiacenti. Cucina con tutte le comodità disponibili.

Ottima casa vacanza

Esperienza molto positiva che ripeteremo e consiglio. La casa è curata, spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort. La descrizione e le foto sono aderenti alla realtà. Il giardino antistante la casa è curato e ombreggiato, ci è stata data la possibilità di sistemare un'amaca, della proprietà, per il relax. La terrazza retrostante è ampia, è possibile consumare i pasti o prendere il sole nei lettini. Maria è molto gentile e disponibile, si prodiga per rendere il soggiorno confortevole. La casa è ubicata vicino al centro, ma si trova in un vicolo chiuso per cui risulta silenziosa. Non vi è parcheggio ma nelle vicinanze si trova con facilità. Punti di debolezza: durante il nostro soggiorno di 5 giorni non abbiamo potuto usufruire della connessione wi fi poiché assente a causa di un guasto che non ci è stato preventivamente comunicato.

Drei Tage in La Maddalena

Sehr große und schöne Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss einer alten Villa mit schöner Terrasse und kleinem Garten . Ideale Lage: Ruhig, Ortszentrum und Hafen dennoch nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Supermarkt und nette kleine Bäckerei direkt um die Ecke. Wohnung und Küche sind sehr gut und vollständig eingerichtet, auch wenn Pfannen, Geschirr und Küche vielleicht mal erneuert werden müssten. Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut und wirken relativ neu. Gegen die in Sardinien im Frühsommer gelegentlich nervenden Stechmücken und Fliegen gibts (teils etwas defekte) Mückengitter und ein komplettes Giftsteckeraresenal frei Haus. Empfangen genommen und verabschiedet wurden wir sehr nett von Marie, die im Ort wohnt und durchgehend per WhatsApp bei Problemen ansprechbar war. Das Auto kann man zwar nicht direkt bei der Wohnung parken, aber nur wenige Meter die Zufahrtsstraße runter gibts genug freie Parkplätze. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft um das nette Städtchen La Maddalena und die Inseln des Archipels ein paar Tage zu erkunden.

La casa è molto grande dotata di ogni comfort, comodissima per sei persone, avendo tre stanze da letto e tre bagni (uno esterno ma ugualmente comodo). Ha un bellissimo terrazzo...sicuramente d estate con ombrellone e sdraio si starà benissimo. La villa si trova vicinissima al centro. Ho conosciuto la proprietaria la Sig.ra Laura solo per telefono qualche giorno prima della partenza ed è stata veramente gentile ci ha inviato tante informazioni utilissime. Molto carina e gentile Marie Noelle, la signora che ci ha accolto e alla quale abbiamo fatto riferimento durante il soggiorno, sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Un bellissimo soggiorno ci torneremo sicuramente.

Bellissima!

Bellissima villa, dotata di ogni comfort, comodissima per sei persone, avendo tre stanze da letto e tre bagni (uno esterno ma ugualmente comodo) ed un bellissimo terrazzo esterno, dal quale si vede il mare. La villa si trova vicinissima al centro ma in posizione molto tranquilla e a pochi minuti dalla strada panoramica che conduce alle spiagge. Nelle vicinanze si trova un supermercato rifornitissimo e un panificio con dell'ottimo pane. La Sig.ra Laura, proprietaria della casa è stata veramente gentile e prima della partenza ci ha inviato una mail con tante informazioni utilissime. Molto carina anche Marie Noelle, a cui abbiamo fatto riferimento durante il soggiorno, sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Un bellissimo soggiorno anche grazie a questa bellissima villa!

Villa splendida ,con giardino e ampia terrazza, dotata di tutti i comfort.

Adatta a tutte le esigenze ,la consiglio sia per la posizione a centro paese fronte lungomare ,sia per la tranquillità .l'accoglienza è delle migliori e si nota subito l'ambiente sano e pulito, arredato con gusto .Dovendo tornare alla Maddalena ,non esiterei nel scegliere la stessa casa.

otiima esperienza

la casa è molto confortevole, fresca, ampia, ben attrezzata, con mobili non da casa da affittare ma da abitare, tre camere da letto di cui una con bagno privato, un soggiorno molto ampio e una cucina moderna. noi eravamo in cinque di tre generazioni diverse e il soggiorno è piaciuto a tutti. Situata in fondo alla via si gode di una tranquillità assoluta, comodissima anche per la spesa, a due minuti un ottima panetteria e un supermercato molto fornito, a cinque la piazza antistante il porto per iniziare una passeggiata serale in paese. Infine la casa è pulitissima e la signora che abita al piano superiore una compagnia discreta e gentilissima.

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Mary, l''accueil était chaleureux. Le logement est très plaisant et confortable, les salles de bains bien aménagées; ainsi que la cuisine l''équipement est de bonne qualité et complet. Le jardin est très agréable et frais. La literie de bonne qualité. La Villa est bien située proche du centre ville, des commerces et restaurants; ce qui rend l''environnement un peu bruyant. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir."
