  • In the paradise of the Maddalena Archipelago, surrounded by nature, lies Casa dell’Erica. The villa is nestled in the rock, amid plants and flowers that add colour and fragrance to time and space. It is located 600 metres from the sea and just a few minutes from the town centre. The villa is on two levels. On the first level: kitchen, bathroom, living room, spacious verandas, and parking for 3 cars. On the second level: 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. Two sofa beds with views of the archipelago. Terraces and gardens where you can relax and enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
    Guests have the entire villa to themselves.

    On the first level: kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and SMART TV, sofa beds, and bathroom. Air conditioning in all rooms
    On the second level: veranda with a sofa bed, bar/kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofas, SMART TV, 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. Terraces with views of the sea and the archipelago. 2 fireplaces, indoor and outdoor. Private parking for 3–4 cars.

Das großzügige und schöne Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, mit herrlicher Aussicht über die Hügel auf das glitzernde Meer. Es bietet auch großen Familien viel Platz, ist mit 3 schönen Bädern und einer großen Küche ausgestattet, hat mehrere Terrassen, aufdenen man entspannen und die wunderschöne Atmosphäre La Maddalenas genießen kann.Alles war sehr unkompliziert, die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar, bei der Ankunft auf der Insel wurden wir sogar abgeholt. Zum Supermarkt sind es nur wenige Minuten Autofahrt, ebenso zu den traumhaften Buchten. Diese Ferienunterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!

... per la perfezione manca ancora qualcosa

Casa veramente bella e spaziosa, da consigliare! La posizione consente di raggiungere le spiagge e il centro abitato in breve tempo. Internamente molto bella con spazi che consentono a ciascuno, anche se in gruppo, di trovare angoli di privacy. Unica pecca la mancanza di zanzariere, data la presenza di numerose zanzare. Una casa di questo tipo dovrebbe avere almeno le zanzariere, vista la mancanza di aria condizionata. Un passo per la perfezione!!

Piacevole soggiorno alla Maddalena

Bellissima villa fuori dal centro abitato della Maddalena, ottima veduta, camere ampie, cucina grande con tutti gli accessori.Proprietari gentili,unica pecca le zanzariere non funzionanti con le conseguenze immaginabili . Comunque siamo stati bene.
