The apartment features a separate bedroom downstairs for parents (with a 140 cm double bed). Upstairs, the large loft will delight children and teens with its second double bed (140 cm) and an extra armchair bed (60 cm). The living room also features an excellent 160 cm sofa bed.

To make your daily life as parents easier, the apartment includes essential appliances: a dishwasher (to save you the hassle of washing dishes on holiday), an oven, a microwave, and a very convenient washing machine for cleaning swimming costumes after a day at the beach.

The apartment is managed by La Conciergerie des Palmiers. You’ll receive a personalised in-person welcome upon arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

Travel light: Sheets and towels are not included, allowing you to manage your budget. However, to avoid overpacking your family’s luggage, our concierge service offers a complete on-site linens rental service (upon request at least 48 hours in advance).

Check-in Hours: Check-in is by appointment only from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (off-season) and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (summer season). Please provide your exact arrival time so we can ensure a smooth check-in.

Please note: This is a non-smoking property; pets are not allowed. Due to its duplex layout with stairs, it is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

In the summer, rentals are available only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.

The Hyères train station and Toulon-Hyères airport are a 15-minute drive away. The ferry terminal for the Îles d’Or (Porquerolles, Port-Cros) is within walking distance from the harbour.

When you book online, a simple pre-authorization (card imprint) will be processed at the same time as your payment.

This hold covers:

€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).

This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
