It is a nice hotel in a very good location. However, we where not pleased that our rooms were in seperate buildings. One room was at the back of the building next to the courtyard where the outside sitting/bar area is at it was very noisy in the evening and at night time. The other room we had was spacious but very dark and we missed a comfortable chair to sit on.

Palma hotel stay

Great hotel in the old town just a couple of disappointments 1 roof top bar not manned or functional. 2- I know it is a small thing but when you come to an expensive hotel you expect water by your bed every night, this only happens on your first night. Otherwise I thought staff where great,especially front of house. Breakfast good and fresh only slight disappointment is that they cannot serve you on the terraces (don’t know why) and so we brought our on food out because no room in the restaurant. Overall I thought it was a great hotel and have no hesitation in recommending it

Hi Michael, many thanks!! I am very happy that you like to recommend us to anybody else. Due to legal issues with the local government we had postpone our bar activities at the rooftop temporarily, as our service in the patio’s downstairs. We are serving now room service around the whole hotel. You can still enjoy the great vistas on our rooftop with a glass of bubbly or a great cocktail. This is a lovely hotel in central Palma. We just stayed one night before going on to the beach. An oasis of calm and very stylish. Breakfast was delicious, comfortable beds, beautiful outside courtyard with a palm tree growing through the middle and a rooftop bar/seating area. The plunge pool is very small. One of the lights wasn’t working in our room. Otherwise it was perfect.

You wouldn´t say, being in the hotel, that in 150 metres of the hotel you have the cathedral, the harbour, Calle Born with all high-end shops (HUGO BOSS, BVLGARI, ROLEX LOUIS VUTTON, etc) and the best restaurants Palma can offer. Great hotel, great location. Will be using again. ve been going to Mallorca for 35 years and this one is up there with the best.

Fantastic stay. Very nice location. Walking distance to everything you can possibly want. The free shuttle to the Puro Beach beach clubs is a very nice touch, but they run out of space quickly, so book early. The staff is amazing. Jorge at the front desk is amazing. Makes you feel like family. I wish he was family : ) Beatnik Restaurant is very good. The prawns were my favorite. Delish! Clean rooms. Rooms have a robes and slippers. They don’t have wash clothes, so bring your own. Bath Towels and hand towels are very big and plush. Every single person that works at the hotel, from the concierge to the drivers that take you to the Puro beach club, the barkeep, the wait staff, etc.... all sweet, professional and speak various languages.

So-so

I paid extra for a specific room and they put me in a different room. They claimed it was nicer but I was there with my husband and it had 2 separate twin beds. I also paid for a private terrace in the sun to which I was told they gave that room to someone else. A solution was found but it still was not 100% private. I would recommend if you charge extra for a specific room to give people what they paid for. The hotel was clean and I will say the biggest positive about this hotel is the location. It is in the middle of Palma and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

I am very sorry to hear that you were not totally 100% happy with your holiday experience in our hotel. I have comment on the fact that we did not gave you the room that you reserved... That´s not correct, because you received a suite with private balcony, but you were not happy due to fact that it had not a Balinese Bed like we have the other suite.
