Domaine de la Laye - La Laupie

  • This pretty property is located in the old village of La Laupie, a dream for lovers of old stones and places steeped in history.<br><br>A quiet, outward-facing house with a tennis court, a large swimming pool (12.5x5), a petanque court and several landscaped and shaded areas in the garden.<br><br>The house is ideal for families and filled with many games left available (costumes, board games, colouring...) by the owners. This large house can comfortably accommodate 15 people includes:<br><br>Ground floor: living rooms and kitchen opening onto outdoor terraces, a nursery, a double bedroom with its bathroom<br><br>1st floor: 3 double bedrooms, a dormitory with 5 single beds and a bedroom with two single beds. 3 bathrooms for these rooms.<br><br>2nd floor: 1 double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom<br><br>Recent bedding in all rooms.<br><br>** Household linen at an additional cost: €12.5 per single bed / €25 per double bed. The linen includes sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats. If you want the beds to be ready on arrival, there is an extra charge of €50<br><br>** You will be asked to pay an extra charge of €35 if you wish to bring your pet.<br><br>** Coffee maker available in the house: Nespresso (standard capsules + filter coffee maker)<br><br>** If the maximum number of guests is reached (19 people), we limit the number of infants to 2 for each booking. If the number of occupants (adults + children) exceeds the maximum capacity then the booking will be cancelled without refund.<br><br>** Basic necessities are provided for your arrival (dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc.). The tenant must plan for the rest of the stay.<br><br>** Departures are before 10am. When possible, we can allow a departure until 12pm. Beyond that, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ per adult to enjoy the premises within the limit of 5pm.<br><br>We cannot guarantee that the pool will open before May 15.<br><br>Label Conciergerie also offers a wide range of services to make your holiday more enjoyable: baby sitting, bike rental, home cooking, yoga classes, massage, reservations.... We had a wonderful time in La Laupie.The house and estate are beautiful, and the surrounding historic village is truly magical. The pool and tennis court were great, and the interior of the house was tastefully done. With 8 children and 9 adults, we had plenty of space. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, which made cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable.Overall, the experience was excellent.That said, I’d like to mention a few areas for improvement — not to sound ungrateful, but to help future guests set realistic expectations and to give the owners a chance to address them:The pool water wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived. After we raised this with the concierge, it was taken care of the next day. It wasn’t a major issue, but having the pool in perfect condition from the start would have been ideal.There were only 8 pool loungers available, which felt a bit limited given the size of the house and the number of guests it accommodates.A few items on the property were broken or had not been properly replaced: some outdoor lights were covered with plastic bags, broken chairs hadn’t been removed, and the referee chair at the tennis court was rusty and unusable.These were minor issues and didn’t significantly affect our stay.We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!

« Nous avons loué cette maison pour Pentecôte avec toute la famille (17 personnes). L’emplacement était idéal, la maison spacieuse et agréable. Cependant, à notre arrivée, la piscine était très sale, avec des papiers et un nettoyage tardif. De plus, plusieurs luminaires autour de la piscine étaient cassés, non sécurisés, alors que cela avait déjà été signalé depuis août 2025. Le stockage des chaises et chiliennes était très sale, avec des détritus non ramassés. Les coussins extérieurs étaient usés, les parasols à changer. La cuisine avait les commodités, mais un peu étroite, et il manquait des verres et des assiettes pour le nombre de personnes. Une salle de bain n’avait même pas de VMC, avec un extincteur périmé. Les équipements de loisirs, comme le tennis et la pétanque, étaient tops. En revanche, les frais pour le linge et les lits, demandés en espèce, ont manqué de transparence. Au final, dommage, car avec une meilleure gestion privée, cette belle maison mériterait vraiment plus de soin. »

Séjour agréable.Il y a beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur malheureusement on n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine. A l'intérieur, le salon et les chambres sont grands,literie confortable. La salle à manger et la cuisine sont trop exiguës...il est difficile de se bouger quand on est 17 adultes.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le feu de cheminée et la plancha.Notre hôte Aurélie est très efficace et souriante. Malgré le temps changeant, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, avec de magnifiques pièces à vivre, une immense table idéale pour les déjeuners et une cuisine parfaitement aménagée.Nous avons passé quatre jours incroyables avec mes frères et sœurs. Je recommande sans hésitation.

La maison est faite de telle manière qu’on ne se gêne pas.Les pièces de réception sont très agréables, la cuisine très bien équipée, les chambres de bonne dimension, bien séparées avec les différents étages.Le jardin est top, par ses dimensions, le court de tennis et le jeu de boules où nous avons joué tout samedi après midi Magnifique endroit

Belle maison ds un beau village

Séjour un peu gâché par un chantier de rénovation de la petite chapelle du village située à 5 m de la maison qui utilisait une bétonnière ancienne très bruyante et qui commençait à 7h du matin…. Nous aurions aimé être avertis de ce bruit et avoir le choix de venir avec une indemnisation ou pas! Nous n’en voulons pas à l’entreprise qui ne fait que son travail!

Très belle demeure, environnement calme..village magnifique! Week-end familial. On a adoré l’espace extérieur piscine tennis jeu de boules! Petit bémol! Barbecue pas propre à notre arrivée et poubelle de cuisine non vidée!

Super location !

Mes amis et moi avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison. Celle-ci est parfaitement équipée et la literie est très confortable. Delphine a toujours été très disponible et réactive pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible, c'était parfait !
