"Lovely hotel very close to all amenities, great view of the cathedral and also we could see a bit of the aqueduct from room. Nice restaurant at hotel. Lovely breakfast and had evening meal which was lovely too. Staff nice and friendly and helpful. "

"5 star hotel, 5 star staff, top of the line service, restaurants in property serving breakfast buffet, and dinner, the location!!! The property is impecable, rooms are huge, comfy beds, big bathroom and fluffy towels. Nothing compare to Paradores in Spain. This is the second property I stayed during this road trip and i am extremely happy I chose to stay at Paradores . Highly recommend it!! "

"Forget anything negative you may have read about this hotel …. It’s absolutely fabulous. The room was very spacious with luxurious carpets opening onto our own private courtyard. The bed was superb and the quality of the bed linen was superb; as were the pillows. The en-suite bathroom was well appointed with separate shower and toilet cubicles. The bath towels were superb quality and a very generous size. I can’t comment on breakfast as I prefer to have only a coffee but, I did take a look and was impressed by the selection and quality. We did however take an evening meal in the restaurant and the service and food were superb. All the staff were helpful and polite and the free parking felt secure as we could park our motorcycles next to the main entrance. Would I stay here again? Most certainly YES."

Shower system with rainfall, jets, and handheld shower. Views from the balcony of the Cathedral and Plaza Mayor. Can’t ask for more."
