Gîte du Mont Gérard, 7 ha private Etang, quietly situated in the countryside

  • The domaine is idyllically situated in the countryside, in a secluded location, and is part of the Mille Etangs region in the Haute-Saône, a pristine and largely rural area.



    The estate is a 20-hectare property with its own 7-hectare lake, forest, and pastureland. The Domaine du Mont Gérard is used for raising horses and cattle. The farmhouse is occupied by the owners, and the “Hüsi” is available for rent.



    Hikers, motorcyclists, and cyclists will find an area here that literally offers endless possibilities. Fishing and swimming in the private lake. A barbecue and outdoor seating area are available for use. Sauna.
