If I could rate this place 11/10 I would. Despite the fact the hotel and surrounding grounds are incredible, the staff and experiences are what make this place. We have never been somewhere with such exceptional service. Would highly recommend the trip out of Santiago to anyone visiting Chile

I'm not sure why this hotel is rated so highly. I would call it just so-so. The rooms are in bad need of updating, and it took forever for the heater to warm the room. The property is a bit tired. The staff was very accommodating. I was a bit mislead by the number of facilities on the website. For instance there is only on restaurant not several.
