Spectacular villa on the Costa del Sol

The Villa is located in an Exclusive Private Condominium called Casa Marina, located on the best beach in El Salvador called Costa del Sol. The complex was designed by the prestigious Salvadoran Architect Ricardo Jimenez Castillo, under a typical Mexican architectural style. It has 5 bedrooms all with air conditioning, 4 bathrooms, exquisitely decorated living and dining room, which includes a 50-inch TV and air conditioning. Additionally, it has a fully equipped kitchen with 4 terraces and an outdoor Deck where hammocks and barbecue are located.
It can accommodate up to 10 people.

The complex has 24 hour security, which makes your stay in addition to pleasant can be safe.

The complex is located on the edge of the sea, with two large swimming pools and tennis courts.
It is 2 km from La Puntilla, which is the mouth of the estuary to the ocean, and very close to the Estuary where you can take boats or yachts.

Costa del Sol in El Salvador, where you can enjoy the beach, the park, trees, birds and sun and where you feel like a king with luxury furniture.

Pick up from and to airport can be arranged with extra cost

Paradise

Once again we enjoyed a little piece of paradise, with our stay at Costa Del Sol. Everything was clean, and well appointed. Plenty of space for our family.

Perfect family Vacation house

If you're looking for a place to stay with the family and just forget about everything this is the perfect place. I love the pool and the access to the beach. House is clean with a lot of space.

It was a great place to relax and enjoy the beach and the general and private pools. We would highly recommend it and rent it again.

Large and comfortable

Property pool, community pool and beach access made for a great visit. There are nearby restaurants and lady making pupusas for meals. Security was present at all hours. Kitchen was a little dated and no hot water heater but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great time

We enjoyed this Villa, just to clarify there is only 4 rooms not 5 rooms and they need a better cleaning crew. I do love the fact that is a nice area very safe. Even tho the door in the back of the Villa can’t be lock the securities are on it and very nice people doing the maintanance. If go outside the property across the street we found a lady who makes some great Pupusas behind the little store (tiendita) and we also bought eggs and cheese from that little store to make breakfast in the morning. We also ask the guy who does the maintanance to hooked up with some coconuts and he did we paid $1.00 per coconut they are so good my Family and I had a blast I would stay here again. For sure I recommended.

Amazing, just wow! The home is beautiful, the pool was perfect, the communal pool was huge and war, the beach is right there! The host was very responsive and so helpful. We forgot something and retrieved it without any trouble. This home made my trip very special!

It was cute location The back patio door would not shut properly so you could not lock it, which was slightly concerning for safety.

We have an excellent time in the very comfortable house, the pool in the house yard was so good, very good air conditioning in the house, Blanca, the person who helped us cook and clean the house, was very helpful. My friends want to come back at this house.

Beautiful Villa

The villa is very nice. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. The only problem we had was that the refrigerator did not cool very well. Highly recommend though.

not as expected . house needs lots of upgrades

the water to take shower and brush teeth was salty and had a metal odor . The house is very tiny and has no space to walk around inside. Everything seemed so dirt. old full of bacteria sponges in the kitchen sink . towel holders were old and kept falling off walls, the shower curtain rod kept falling off . Rusty moldy showers . the whole house had a weird musty smell . The only nice area was the back outdoor with the pool . nothing around the area to do . everything was so far away and there was no such 10 mins touristic area. To get to places where we had plans to go we actually had to drive 1 to 3 hours away from that house . and it looks like there was only one other group if anything staying in those houses . not convinient at all, nothing to do there . We would never stay there again . Please look for another area . don’t stay here . the owner needs to do a lot of work on that house . The price we paid was a joke for that old rusty moldy house . Not worth what we paid at all . We’re so very disappointed . lesson learned . never believe all the pictures they post . all pictures look amazing. The reality is another thing . At this point I wish they would reimburse half of the money they asked for because it was not worth the stay .

Exacto como describe Vrbo

Este condominio está en Excelente ubicación, bien equipado con todo lo necesario y más, además todo está muy limpio y en buen estado, es igual como se describe en la app, el cuidador es muy amable, responde las llamadas inmediatamente, lo recomiendo altamente, mi familia y yo pasamos un buen fin de semana. Es necesario comentar que si usan la piscina comunitaria deben vestir trajes de baño según el diseño que ellos indican para que los dejen ingresar.

Communication with the owner was great! Great place to stay!

From the moment we arrived until the second we left the owner was very attentive to our needs. A couple things were communicated ahead of time to warn of some concerns around the property which was very appreciated. Great place to stay if a large group wants to stay together.

Very nice

We very much enjoyed the property. It's right on the beach, the pool outside our room was great and the main pool is massive. Security and property management staff were also great. There is no hot water, so the showers with the kids were interesting... and the AC in the living room wasn't working. But other than those, we had s perfect stay!

Tropical paradise

The condo was very nice, just slightly dated. It could use a maintenance here and there, but overall a clean, and beautifully decorated, fully equipped home. Plenty of space for everyone. Outside was absolutely stunning, an absolute tropical paradise with multiple pools, fruit trees, wildlife, & private beach for as far as the eye can see. The property owner was very kind, & super helpful. He answered all of my messages very promptly and kindly. I do want to brag on the security, and grounds keeping staff though. They treated us with such kindness, & even gave us some fresh coconuts to enjoy. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and safe for the duration of our stay. I will definitely be going back there again! Thanks for letting us enjoy your beautiful place.
