La Guérinière is located on the island of Noirmoutier. The 140 m² house is a single-story home that opens onto a fenced and secure 1,000 m² garden. Children have plenty of space to play there.

The house is 50 m from the beach. So there’s no need to use the car. The beach is uncrowded, which makes it extremely pleasant.

It’s situated on the edge of the Bois des Eloux (sea pines, dunes), a magnificent and secluded natural site. It’s perfect for long walks.

There are few houses in the vicinity, so you’re far from the hustle and bustle of the island in the height of summer.

The house is ideal for two families with children and/or teenagers, or simply for friends. The separate studio is very popular because it allows guests to come and go as they please.

It features a cot.

Internet access is available in the main house.

All rooms open onto the garden.

There are 3 bathrooms and toilets in total, including one separate bathroom.

The covered patio, featuring a built-in barbecue, allows you to enjoy lunch out of the sun and extend your evenings outdoors.

Deck chairs and garden furniture are available for guests’ use.

Cars can be parked easily in the garden.

The house is close to the village of L’Epine, located 5 minutes away by car, 10 minutes by bike, and 20 minutes on foot: pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, tobacco shop, and bike rentals. The market is held every Saturday morning.

The salt marshes are located 10 minutes from the house; they are a distinctive feature of Noirmoutier, as are the famous potatoes of the same name.

Noirmoutier-en-Île is a 15-minute drive away. The island’s many bike paths make it possible to reach Noirmoutier by bike in 30 minutes.
