The elevator was down for repair but the front desk manager offered to help carry up our bags. The area is well lit and the room was very clean.

It's very close to I-71. a good place to get a few hours rest before continuing on your journey. the only downside was the traffic noise from the highway. Fortunately I slept OK. May be an issue for some. If traffic noise keeps you from sleeping ask for a room on the side facing away from I-71.

Not happy
I reserved my stay early and arrived early around 2 pm. The Hotel clerk assigned my room when Hotel was 90 precent empty but he put me upstairs in the back part of the building facing the I-70 freeway. Had trouble sleeping all three nights due to traffic noise from big trucks. The ceiling in my bathroom is coming down due to the 3rd floor bathtub overflowing, Hotel cheap but not nice.

Check-in was quick and easy, room was set up nice. A carpet cleaning was scheduled for the next day, but I was made aware during check-in. The cleaning did not interrupt my stay. I stay here again.

Would not stay here again.
We arrived late 9:30 pm and very tired, room was stuffy and had to have them come and turn on the ac/fan. Carpet had a terrible smell. The refrigerator freezer needs defrosting. Didn’t see it til the next morning but the Bed sheets were not clean, there was blood spots around the foot area. My husband’s feet were not bleeding, so it tells me they didn’t wash the sheets. Being gluten free, I Couldn’t eat anything they had for breakfast but did make myself coffee, I had brought my own banana.

Disappointed-Glad it was only One Night!
I was in town for a convention in Louisville. I selected this hhotel, about 20 mintues from the convention center, to save money. Check-in was fine. The hallways, elevator, lobby were all fine. The problem was my room. It faced the highway. It was SO LOUD. I belive the window was broken because it literally sounded like it was open. Next, the AC unit looked a mess. It was not running when I entered the room for the first time, and the room was stuffy. When I turned on the AC, the noisy sound of the compressor greeted me. The thermostate must have been broken. It ran once and then stopped. I could not get it to run again all night long. It also did not look clean and my alergies when haywire. Luckily I had alergy medicine. IF you do stay here, BE SURE to requiest a room away from the highway !

It’s okay but could use some attention
It was okay for a weary traveler. Everything was functional, but pool filled in with dirt. The bed was a little uncomfortable but I slept. Breakfast was very basic and coffee was not that great. Overall I would stay here for the price point but not a destination.

We checked in and was put in a 3rd floor room that smelled awful of smoke and feet! Room had broken lights, a busted window that was falling out and more burns in the carpet than we could count. It was disgusting. We spoke to management and were moved but why werent we given the cleaner better room first? We were given their worst while their best sat empty. Awful. Highly NOT recommended.

This motel was located away from the main drag, down a side road, in a very quiet, peaceful, grassy spot, which was unusual and extremely pleassnt.
