Not super clean. Breakfast area was not attended to and the trash was overflowing. Kind of warm and musty downstairs. Comfortable beds and nice layout of rooms.

This is not a 3 star hotel. Building seems to have minimum maintenance and no real care. Mattress may have been broken on one bed. Breakfast was actually good though.

ANTS ANTS AND MORE ANTS all over the room. Room was old and outdated. Had to move door to use toilet Breakfast was pathetic I reccomend you stay elsewhere especially as price is no bargain Anything you say behind the scenes was filty

Room was booked by mistake (I booked the hotel in the wrong city) and the hotel refused to issue a refund even though I was unable to stay there. I got the runaround from both the hotel and hotels.com for that matter when trying to get a refund. Would definitely not recommend booking with this hotel.

The written description included a spa tub,but did not explain that it was a bathtub. It was part of the reason I picked this hotel. We were very disappointed. Lesson learned. Plus side,it had a Cattlemens restaurant very near hotel.

Definitely room for improvement. The shower was dirty, one of the beds had a stem/tiny twig in between the sheets and there were stray hairs on the bath towels. When we went to check out, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a man in the sitting area who said to throw the keys on the counter like he couldn’t be bothered with us. Highly unprofessional.

Location was easy to get to off the highway and appeared clean. After check in the room was excessively warm and took the rest of the night to cool down to a comfortable level.

Overall was disappointed in my stay. Looks okay from the outside but had issues right away. The door to the room sticks so it was hard to open and close. There was a strong mildew/musty smell in the room, so we were going to open a window but the windows don’t open. The bath tub looked dirty so I cleaned it up myself. The bedding had yellow stains and the comforter had a very noticeable red stain that looked like blood. We found a used cup with residue of what looked like milk under the nightstand. The floors were a bit sticky so we laid down towels to walk on. The bed was actually very comfortable but I like a firm mattress and my partner doesn’t. Pillows were tiny. The air conditioner worker very well. There was a loud high pitched sound that kept happening in the late evening, but I think our room may have been near the boiler. Staff was very nice. Unfortunately this hotel didn’t meet my expectations and I don’t plan to return.

If staying more than one night, do not expect any cleaning services. They get upset if you ask as well, even when they tell you do so at check in. Basic service irritates them. They are VERY short handed and over worked.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. Room was dirty and smelled horrible! The entire place smelled musty and damp. Floors were stickyand dirty. There was someone elses hair on the towels. I booked an accessible room for my mother and the toilet was not a chair height. Horrible place, take your money down the road!
