Very nice place

Very nice and romantique place for calm holiday in the centre of beautiful nature of La Bourgogne at the edge of Regional Park Morvan. Autun with the possibilities of shopping 10 km, Gallo-Roman archeological site Bibracte nearby. House well equipped, we had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful castleowners and housekeeper. The accommodation is ideal for four people. We really liked it there.

Firstly not as advertised,as behind it are 3 buildings, at least 2 of which are gites, less than 100m away. Poorly equipped, with 4 towels for 2 people, no bottle opener, cutting board, postage stamp for a bed,2 single duvets, bed not made up, had obviously not been not been cleaned recently,as cobwebs all up the stairs,insects all over the window ledges.Says dog friendly,but owners dogs running loose,so our dog had to be on lead all the time.

Schönes Haus in schöner Gegend

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Schöne Lage, sehr ruhig. Nächster Supermarkt ca. 12km entfernt. Viele Kühe in nächster Umgebung, da die lanwirtschaftlichen Flächen bis an das Objekt reichen. Gelegntlich kommt einer der sehr freundlichen Hunde der Umgebung zu Besuch.

Idyllisches Quartier in Burgund

Sehr ruhige Lage inmitten bäuerlicher Umgebung, gute Ausstattung. Burgunder Bausstil mit dicken Mauern belässt Innenräume bei Hitze kühl. Zwei Terrassen mit Sonne jeweils vormittags oder nachmittags und weitem Blick in die Landschaft. Unkomplizierte Wohnungsübergabe. Nette Schlossbesitzer. Sehr freundliche Hausdame.

Für Tennisspieler

Wunderbare Aussicht. Ruhige und ländliche Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Kuhweiden, dadurch allerdings viele Fliegen (und auch andere Insekten) im Haus. Freilaufende, friedliche und zutrauliche Hunde der Besitzer - hinterlassen jedoch ihre Haufen.

Für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind...

Für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind nur bedingt zu empfehlen (ungesicherte Treppe, unebener Fliesenboden, wenig Beschäftigungsmöglichkeit). Für Erholungsurlaub ohne kleine Kinder aber ideal! Herrliche Lage in ländlicher Abgeschiedenheit mit Schafen und Kühen direkt vor dem Haus, Autun mit dem Auto in 10 min erreichbar, direkt am Eingang zum Morvan. Allerdings sollte man keine Berührungsängste mit Insekten haben, die es hier, zwischen Viehweiden, zu Hauf gibt. Reisetipps: Für Urlaub mit Kindern:Autun: Hier ist der einzige Spielplatz weit und breit, beim Schwimmbad (centre nautique). Schwimmbad mit Kinderbecken im Freien (Achtung: Außenbecken nicht immer geöffnet, generell Einlass für Männer nur in Speedos!). Wanderung zu hübschem Wasserfall (Cascade de Briscou) bis auf die letzten 100 Meter mit Buggy möglich.Chalon–sur–Saône: Einkauf beim Kinderausstatter Orchestra unbedingt zu empfehlen!Fontenay: Besichtigung der beeindruckenden Anlage mit Kinderwagen problemlos möglich.

Unterkunft:Wir haben zum zwe...

Unterkunft:Wir haben zum zweiten mal Bouton genossen. Für zwei bis vier Personen ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Engpass wäre eventuell das kleine Bad. Die Küche ist auch für eine größere Personenzahl gut ausgestattet. Die beiden Terrassen bieten immer die Möglichkeit, in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu sitzen. Vor hier aus kann man bis zur Kathedrale von Autun sehen. Ein Laptop ist nur mit einem HDMI Anschluss an das Fernsehgerät anzuschließen. Zusätzliche Stromkosten ggf. durch Heizkosten sind sehr gering. Die mindestens 5 Supermärkte in Autun sind mit dem Auto in maximal 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Preis – Leistungsverhältnis des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut. Das morgendliche Wecken durch den Wiedehopf war uns eine Freude.Wir werden sicher noch mal kommen. 14 Tage sind eigentlich viel zu kurz. Reisetipps: Reisetipps:Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Informationsmaterial über die Region (einschließlich Wanderkarten und –vorschlägen) ist vorbildlich. Das Waldgebiet des Morvan ist einmalig abwechslungsreich. Die Wasserfälle Gorges de la Canche (20 Min Auto) konnten wir nur mit Gummistiefeln erwandern. Spazierwege rund um den Mont Beauvrais sind sehr abwechslungsreich. Neben den immer wieder genannten Ausflugszielen waren: Der Wasserfall von Autun (Parkplatz bei der Kapelle von Couard) reizvoll und ist auch mit Kindern gut zu erreichen. Die Schösser Morlet und Germolles (Besichtigungszeiten im Internet) zwischen Autun und Chalon–sur–Saone an der D 978 gelegen, sind unbedingt sehenswert. An dieser Strecke liegenauch die beeindruckenden, über 7 Meter hohen Menhire von Epoigny bei Couches. Bei schönem Wetter kann man von den Rochers du Carnaval bei Uchon bis zum Zentralmassiv schauen. Morgens begegnet man dort keiner Menschenseele, höchstens ein paar Smaragdeidechsen. Die Menschen in der Region sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Worte französisch kommen gut an.

Zum dritten Mal 2 Wochen lang ...

Zum dritten Mal 2 Wochen lang genossen.Alles Notwendige vorhanden aber Grundausstattung von Lebensmittel mitnehmen. Empfohlene Gaststätte in La Grande Verrière ist abgebrannt. Reisetipps: Chateau Neuf, Rochepot, der Lac des Settons und der Wasserfall von Autun sind besonders sehenswert.Die Kathedrale von Autun wird noch immer im Innenraum aufwendig renoviert. Museum Rolin ist ein Besuch wert. ACHTUNG BEI ALARM unbedingt Ohren schützen besondere Vorsicht bei Herzrhytmusstörungen.

Objekt punktet durch phantastische Landschaft und Ruhe. Empfehlung Bettäsche dort zu leihen, da vor Ort keine Einziehdecken vorhanden. Matratzen könnten erneuert werden, da diese nicht mehr komfortabel. Toll sind die im Haus vorhandenen Wanderunterlagen.Reisetipps: Michelin–Reiseführer Burgund hat uns zu wunderschönen Punkten in Umgebung geführt.

Mooi huis op een schitterende rustige plek. Als het kouder is, is het huis niet warm te krijgen.

Mooi oud huis op een landelijke afgelegen plek. Wij waren er begin mei en het was rond de 6 graden. Het huis was niet warm te krijgen met de gevelkacheltjes. Er was een houtkachel maar niet voldoende droog hout. Verder wel alle luxe aanwezig. Wij waren er met twee honden, die daar vrij konden rondlopen. Lekker veel vrijheid rond het huis.
