On the 1st floor (independent access): living room-kitchen (pull-out sofa sleeps 2 80x190 cm), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 80x200 cm), bathroom (bath), Independent WC, private terrace (20m²) and common ground with ping-pong table, darts and basketball board. Common laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Heated ski room and bike room (capacity 6 bikes) common to the 2 cottages. Court and parking (for 1 car). This old farmhouse renovated in a warm and mountain style is located in a residential area overlooking the village. From the terrace, enjoy an unobstructed view of the massif. In winter, the start of the "Portes du Mont-Blanc" slopes is less than 5 km by car, the free ski bus stops less than 50 m from the chalet and the area offers 100 km of slopes between La Giettaz , Megève, Combloux and Cordon. Many itineraries exist for ski touring or snowshoeing.
