"Great location and ambience. It was well outfitted and well taken care of. A good hike up the 4 flights of stairs for some and the rooms were pretty hot until late in the night/early in the morning during our stay in August. Parking at arrival was challenging to find, but once we found the car park that offered passes about 1 1/2 blocks from the apartment, it was not too bad after that."

"The little apartment was just right for us. The very best part was the location. Perfect! In the heart of old town Annecy. With boulangeries and restaurants right outside the door. But not facing the street, so not noisy. We would stay again, if we ever return. Annecy is a charming town!"

"This is a return booking for this superbly equipped, comfortable apartment close to the newly developed gondola station and the centre of Saint Gervais, with great views across the town and mountains. Easy to walk to the bars, restaurants, bus stops and the TMB. The apartment owners are lovely too! All in all a great base for a fab holiday in the Mont Blanc region. We’ve been visiting the area for 20 years and will try and book this apartment again next time!"

"Great location. Checkin was great except the need to fight traffic downtown, find parking, and find property management site was frustrating. "The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long...

"Our four nights in Annecy were magical thanks to the location, quality and space of the apartment. Wonderful to just walk down the Rapunzel stone staircase to collect a couple of baguettes and fresh croissant at the bakery below. Absolutely charming. Anyone with mobility issues would find the stairs difficult . Other than that it was a magical place to stay with cafes and restaurants and ice cream galore on your doorstep. "Here is the feedback rephrased: The apartment was good and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a week-long stay. The location was also excellent, being close to town and offering fantastic views. The only minor downside was the uphill walk back, but overall everything was very good. Martin, the host, was excellent. He communicated clearly, guided us effectively, and provided accurate information whenever we needed it. We would highly recommend this accommodation."

"This property is a great location, clean and quiet. The stove top in my room did not work and when I asked at the desk I was told someone would be up in a few minutes. They never arrived. It was not always easy to find staff to get more toilet paper etc so make sure you do t leave it till the last minute. I would stay again, it was clean and the location was great."
