"We stayed for one week in July/Aug and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean and tidy with a great set of facilities, particularly for children (cot, high chair, stair gates etc). The pool is definitely the highlight at it is very well maintained and is heated which means it can be used for the whole family. "The reception staff were very helpful. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. The cups were not changed and the floor was not cleaned (we stayed for 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very poor value for €9. We were happy with the location because we enjoy walking so walked into the town to eat- the walk around the lake would be lovely in the daylight!"
