Don't stay in Mas Antonin
The swimming pool was green with algea and very dirty. We could not use it . The kitchen was full of flies, which we spent a lot of money having to clean, buy fly spray, fly strip! The cleaning was very poor. Mattresses on beds stained. The house could be beautiful and is in a lovely setting. But is in a state of disrepair. Very disappointing as this was our first family holiday in 3 years.

Summer break in France
Had an excellent vacation in this property! The kids loved the house and the swimming pool. Eric, the owner, was extremely helpful both when we arrived and during the stay. The house had everything we needed and the people living in the village were so friendly, especially the local restaurants and the Epicerie. The views from the swimming pool and house, across the fields and all the way to Mount Ventoux, were fantastic. Really enjoyed the whole stay!

Lovely rustic property with a small kitchen
We were 16 people in the house ,4 under 13 ,2 under 18 . We enjoyed the pool a lot . The house is an old rustic French country house , no luxury . It is situated on the outskirts of a beautiful village on the top of the hill . The house has a wonderful view of the valley. The furniture in the living room are a bit worn which makes you relax when there are young kids around . The bed in the master suite on the top floor is very comfortable . It is hot under the roof but there are some fans to help cool it down a bit . In the kids dorm (5 beds ) there is a kind of airconditioner that cools it down and that helps a lot.no one complained about the beds so I think they were ok . There is also a crib for a baby . The bathroom in the master was worn but ok ,with a bathtub .2 other bathrooms were renovated and seemed fine . One of them small . There was a separate toilet close to the living room .The kitchen is very small and that is a drawback when there are so many people and we wanted to cook at home most of the time - once a day . (It was really hard to find a restaurant that would accept so many people . )There is space for 2 people but no more in the kitchen . We sat outside and prepared everything and then 1-2 people cooked the meal , that worked . The garden has a lot of shade which is nice when it gets hot . There is a ping pong table and the older kids really liked that . There is plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery . The area is fun with many quaint villages and small towns to visit . We went canoeing one day . The village itself has a couple of very cute restaurants but we were too many so they did not accept a reservation . Make sure you bring towels ! Otherwise there is an extra charge .We had a wonderful vacation and Eric is very helpful and accommodating .

Beau mais manque d'entretien
Belle bâtisse avec un charme certain, de beaux espaces bien agencés. Idéalement placé, linge propre, parfait pour 18 personnes avec une cuisine très jolie. Les points négatifs se situent dans l'entretien : -Joint de douche sale ou inexistant. -Evacuation du 2eme étage qui coule dans le couloir du 1er étage. -Ampoules grillées dans plusieurs pièces. -Espaces autour des vitres du dortoir (environ 5mm de chaque côté) qui laisse rentrer l'air froid en grande quantité.

Gîte spacieux dans cadre idéal, sera parfait quand les rénovations seront terminées
Maison très bien située (quand on a réussi à la trouver …), proche du centre du village. Très belle vue. Nous avons apprécié la rénovation des salles de bains et des 2 chambres du premier étage, ainsi que la cuisine très bien équipée. Cependant, nous suggérons de poursuivre la rénovation du reste de la maison et de soigner les extérieurs (qui sont la « vitrine » du logement). Malgré ces remarques, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement.

Beau gîte charme grand mais peut mieux faire avec quelques améliorations
L’ annonce ne reflète pas complètement la réalité : - manque de fléchage pour arriver au gîte - pas d’accueil pour prendre connaissance du gîte - absence de produit de base (petite épicerie et produit de base d entretien - pas d’eau chaude le 1er jour puis après intervention d’un plombier pas d’amélioration - barbecue a du être nettoyé à notre demande (reste de nourriture) - matelas taché et pas de protège matelas - bâche de piscine défoncèe - pas d’éclairage extérieur le 1er soir puis apres un appel au propriétaire il nous a indiqué la clé pour ouvrir un garage - chaises longues cassées (sécurité?)
