Great spot for convention. Water backed up in tub. Sinks would not drain properly. Never saw an employee. Self check in and out.

Everything was great and the staff was amazing

Despite being marketed as a recently renovated room, it was filthy with tons of maintenance needs. There was a beachball-sized bubble in the ceiling from water damage, broken and unusable drawers, visible dust everywhere, trash on the floor and furniture from prior guests, black discoloration on the whole tub, dirty windows/glass, missing grout and caulk in the bathroom, and more.

Stayed in Versailles tower and didn’t realize it wasn’t near main Paris hotel. It is sideways from strip - had view of flamingo and sphere. We were only in room to sleep so ok. Confusing because elevator takes you to horseshoe casino. Took a minute to figure it out - could use more signs. Check in quick with kiosk - a must do. Line was long to talk to staff. Room was clean and updated. No refrigerator. Shower was great - beds comfortable. On 69 floor so quiet - if lower you would probably hear bar music next door. Location central for quick overnight tour of hotels nearby. Mon ami restaurant was very good - 95.00 for two egg Benedict and 1 French toast and one coffee (free coffee for other two) warning of not prepared to spend 100.00 on breakfast. Didn’t talk to a staff person. The decor of Paris is nothing special - they could step it up a notch for Vegas if they wanted to wow guests. Seemed like casino was only feature. Would stabbing but probably Bordeaux tower.

Woke up to construction banging at 7:30 am. Check out time is 11. I feel that you could suspend any hammering or severely loud machinery use before that time. We called the desk- they were not only unapologetic they said there was nothing to do and didn’t care that our paid stay was being disrupted. Wont stay again which is sad because we stayed before and liked the property. Also the Ondori restaurant was a let down. Ate there before and the food was hauntingly good so we returned. The meat was overly velveted where it was perfectly crispy and flavored before. Taste wasn’t the same. To top it off we were put into the front corner by the exit and all the casino and wait line noise. Meal was RUINED when a large family walked up with BO that stank so badly. The front area having the open area just let the smell invade our table. Stopped eating wait forever for a server. When one never came and I got tired of listening to the 7-8 children screaming and playing RIGHT next to me on the other side of the “wall” wooden screen I had enough. Got up and told the staff at the desk the family was loud and smelly and ruining my meal and I wanted a check and to leave because it had been that long without any waitstaff checking in after giving us our food. Overall I gave the okay rate only because the security was nice for no reason and the bathroom looked newly renovated. The service needs to be greatly improved otherwise. Again. Not a returning customer.
