"The hotel is kept impeccably well. The staff are very friendly. We’ve stayed in 80809 in building three and six previously and they’re great sweets for us very comfortable overlooking the serenity pool. The only one negative we have an about the property is that heavier and Florida de Noche are ridiculously overpriced restaurants And our opinion not an asset to Hilton Hotel property whatsoever. When the lease is expired, they should take them over and go up with men that are more fairly priced for the average family. Caviar is also put on an automatic 18% gratuity without us knowing about the automatic tip charge and then asked for additional tips for the waiters that evening. It felt very ownerous to us. We went for dinner at 8 o’clock Saturday night, January 31 and we were the only couple in the entire restaurant that evening. I’m surprised they can survive with that pricing because he can’t attract any patrons."

"Overall this is a beautiful resort! The restaurants are amazing, the grounds are beautiful, and the poolside staff was excellent! We were there to celebrate our friends birthday and they took great care of us!!! Would book this same location again in a heartbeat!!! "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, our room had a strange smell and they immediately resolved it, sending in housekeeping and maintenance to clean the AC unit. The front desk followed up several times to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome and our room. We were very happy for the remainder of the stay. The property is clean and quiet. We had a relaxing vacation at Paradisus! "
