Just steps from Sugar Hollow Marina and its brand-new water park, this home is perfectly located for lake adventures, water fun, and easy access to boating, swimming, and fishing. This 4-bedroom 2-bath home sleeps up to 13 guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and features panoramic stunning lake views. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, then step outside to grill on the deck as you watch the sunset over the water- or sip cocktails while the kids play one of the many outdoor yard games. After a day on the lake, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stories under the stars. Blue Pearl is ideal for families and friends looking for a fun-filled Tennessee lake getaway. Blue Pearl offers a 30 foot boat slip to renters at Sugar Hollow Marina with trailer parking available at marina. Sugar Hollow Marina also offers daily jet ski rental, boat rentals, and water park passes.

Highly recommend staying at Blue Pearl! Very Spacious, beautifully decorated, stocked with all your essentials in Kitchen and give an abundance of Bath Towels!!! The view is stunning and you can't beat the proximity to Sugar Hallow Marina! The outdoor space is amazing!!
