"Llegamos en la noche a las 11:00 pm. Avisamos q llegábamos tarde. No sabíamos cómo entrar estuvimos como media hora esperando. Hasta que el chofer comenzó a tocar bocina. Al final apareció una señora y abrió una compuerta. Era la misma q nos atendió en el front desk. La señora estaba, no muy amigable. Parecía molesta. Fue el único incidente que podemos decir desagradable en el hotel."

The hotel has unique rooms and a rich history related to coffee in Costa Rica. The staff is kind and always very helpful. The rooms are always clean, and it is nice to enjoy the breakfast in the morning."
