→ CLEANING POLICY
A flat-rate cleaning fee applies to the living area, including the laundering of bed linens and bath towels.
However, the dishes and the refrigerator must be cleaned by the tenant and left in a clean condition. The trash must be taken out.
If the house is not left in a satisfactory condition, additional cleaning fees may be charged.
We use a professional cleaning company that ensures you receive a clean home with clean linens.
The beds will be made upon your arrival for your comfort.
