Located in La Faute-sur-Mer, in a peaceful setting close to the beaches and ocean, this tastefully decorated property welcomes up to 8 guests, with a maximum capacity of 10 thanks to the TV lounge—an independent, closed room that can be set up as a fifth bedroom.



From the moment you arrive, you’ll enjoy spacious, light-filled living areas: a large, inviting lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful veranda open to the outdoors, and a second TV lounge perfect for children or relaxing moments.



The house offers 4 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms, ensuring optimal comfort for families or groups of friends.



Outside, everything is designed for you to make the most of your holiday: a large furnished terrace, outdoor kitchen, bar area, barbecue, plancha, jacuzzi for 6, and a small ornamental pool.
