Simple, comfortable cottage located on Rue des Albizias, 500 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the town center. Ideal for getting around on foot! Includes: A living room with a TV and a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with two electric hobs, a small refrigerator, and a microwave, a bathroom with a small shower cubicle, sink, and toilet. Enclosed garden with garden furniture. Parking space. Highly desirable location. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st based on meter readings.
