"You must own a car or have access to one to stay here. Not as advertised! Stayed in a cabin for 2 with a non working Air conditioner in the living room for 3 days. Maintenance person confirmed took part needed to fix the air flow, never to be heard from. I checkout 3 days earlier. "

"This is the type of place you go to get away from everyday life. It is tranquil, relaxing, quiet and you get treated like family by both the owner and the other guests that seem to come back again, and again. The hot spring feeds the main pool and hot tubs which will help you relax. I will say, the location is a bit remote and if you plan on traveling to this resort, you should plan accordingly. I feel better signage would help get you their resort. Till next time Jilamito!!"

"Very poorly maintained we arrived 2 hours after check in time and room was partially ready no towels, shampoo or soap. No staff around to help, all curtains have mold, bathrooms not clean. The property is beauriful but needs upgrade, proper maintenance. In the pictures they show stove therefore the villas have no stoves. "

"The property was well maintained, the staff was hospitable. Some minor work needs to be done on the bathroom in the unit that I stayed in. overall service was good."
