"Our room was amazing and spacious and the view was SO beautiful!! Your housekeeping staff was so friendly and helpful and kept our room fresh and clean every day!! Your repair maintenance man carried a new TV to our room when it didn't work and replaced it. Your bartenders and food staff go above and beyond to make sure that we eat well and stay hydrated!! The food is amazing and the selection is delicious, from the fish tacos, hamburgers, and cheesy fries, to the amazing breakfast buffet, and Asian and Italian night options!! The coffee shop made waking up just that much better!! The Altitude special service area was an extra perk!! It made us feel very special!! The infinity pool and entertainment staff truly made special memories for us!! Water aerobics, foam party, bingo, pool volleyball, aqua Zumba, the dancers, karaoke, and the view of the ocean was amazing!! I want to tell you that your staff is truly your greatest strength!! When the events that happened on Sunday took place, your staff had to deal with so much more chaos, but they came through it with grace and understanding and I have never felt more safe!! They worked through it all on a skeleton crew but they did it together and it really showed!! They pivoted and provided their best with who and what they had to work with and we were able to continue with our vacation without too much disruption. Thank you for helping make our vacation so memorable and special!!"

"The room was great! The pools were great! Staff was excellent! We had so much fun here for the little time we had. We booked again and can’t wait to enjoy more the amenities - since there is so much to do we are going to stay for longer. I would love to not the 24/7 pantry. It’s such a nice touch that not many (if any) resorts do. Staff was super attentive and always offering food and drinks. We had the opportunity going to the Japanese Restaurant (book ASAP since they are always booked) which was delicious and so fun. The chef was hilarious! I will say that since the resort is in the mountains it can be a lot of walking for some BUT staff is super accommodating and there is carts always circulating offering rides around the resort. "
