"This hotel is inexpensive for a reason. It is an older hotel, but recently appears to be going through new ownership, and they are renovating the place. The fact that they are investing into the place gives me some promise that it will be a good low-cost option next time I visit La Cross. Staff was very polite, well dressed, and welcoming."

"It's a dive motel but it was clean and the showers had good water pressure. The bed and pillows were comfortable as well. "The Hatchery is a lovely place to stay. Located on the Mississippi River, we had such a good time walking on the paths and looking at wildlife, especially the eagles.
Our hosts were very accommodating and gave us great advice on places to eat & fun things to check out in the area.
We would definitely stay here again when traveling to Lacrosse.
