Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
This place is truly scary. We didn’t even get to stay here because of some “glitch” that they didn’t have our reservation in the system. But from the moment we drove into the lot it was obvious this place was super sketchy. Run down appearance from the outside. Wretched odor as you walk in the door. People there who didn’t seem to care at all about what was going on.
