  • This recently updated large studio with a full-sized bed is on the lower level in a beautifully maintained triplex; it features a separate, large eat-in kitchen along with the main room (a combined living/bedroom/office) as well as a full bathroom with tub. Fresh, modern colors and relaxing décor with lots of personal touches will help you feel right at home in this family-run gem.

    Perks include free fiber internet/wi-fi and free laundry (shared with one other apartment, but conveniently located just outside this unit), as well as off-street parking and a shared large deck in back!

    Fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron (ironing board and vacuum provided in the shared laundry area). A window A/C unit is also provided. (No TV.)

    Just a hop from Mayo and Viterbo University, as well as Walgreens (which carries some groceries) and Taco John's!
