3 bedrooms (a master bedroom, a double bedroom and a dormitory with 3 single beds), each bedroom has its bathroom (2 baths and 3 showers, 2 of which are Italian) ideal for a family.
Fully enclosed garden with secure swimming pool (alarm) and protected from vis-à-vis.
Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the village (3 minutes on foot) and the beach with bus stop 50m for direct trips - Gigaro beach (12mn) and St Tropez (1 / 2h).
Fitted kitchen with American bar (2 refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker, blender), 2 TV, DVD player, washing machine, wifi.
Outdoor parking.
