Gute Lage

Einfache, ältere Einrichtung, ausreichend, sauber, ordentlich. Küche gut und groß mit neuen Geräten (Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher ...). rel. neuer Fernseher, WLAN Schöner Balkon mit Markise, mit wunderbaren Blick über Ort und Weinberge. Weg durch Felder/Wald zum tollen Strand (der schönste der Region!) direkt hinterm Haus, ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß, Einkaufen/Gastronomie fußläufig, sonst im benachbarten La Cavalaire, ca. 10 Min. mit dem Auto

Die Lage der Villa Marenco sehr gut mit ruhiger Lage.Blick zu den Weinbergen .Wir hatten die obere Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist typisch französich eingerichtet. Das einzige das zu bemängeln ist ,die Couch ist schon in die Jahre gekommen . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten die obere Wohnung. ...

Wir hatten die obere Wohnung. Sie ist zeckmäßig eingerichtet, hat einen schönen großen Balkon. Sie war sauber als wir ankamen, ist von der Ausstattung her einfach gehalten aber voll in Ordnung. Für 6 Personen ist sie fast zu klein, trotz dreier Schlafzimmer, ideal würde ich die Wohnung mit 4 Personen belegen. Die Lage ist super, man kann in 20 min zum Strand laufen, wir sind aber immer mit dem Auto gefahren (5min). Die Geschäfte von La Croix–Valmer erreicht man in 10 min zu Fuß. Ich kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, Preis–Leistung stimmt hier.Was fehlt: Schön wäre es, wenn es noch eine Außendusche oder einen Außenwasserhahn gäbe, so dass man sich nach dem Strand die Füße waschen kann.

Auf dem Sofa kann man nicht an...

Auf dem Sofa kann man nicht an der Wand anlehen wegen der Heizung. Das Gestell vom Esstisch ist sehr unpraktisch. Wo oben die Kante der Tischplatte ist, ist unten ein Halbkreis. Man kann also nicht mit vier Personen nur an den langen Seiten sitzen. Dahermuss man immer alles hin– und herreichen. An der Toilette steht ein großes Schild auf deutsch, dass man nicht einmal kleinste Mengen Chemikalien zur Reinigung verwenden darf. Wollen Sie eine Toilette benutzen, die nur mit Wasser gereinigt wird? Das Zimmer mit dem franz. Bett neben dem Bad hat nur einen kleinen Einbaukleiderschrankt (ein Brett, eine Kleiderstange). Da der Raum unter der Kleinderstange vollgestellt ist, hat man nur ein Ablagebrett für zwei Personen. Der Schrank im Wohnzimmer ist Platzverschwenung. Es gibt keine Garderobe. Man hat den Eindruck, dass alle Kosten auf den Mieter abgewälzt werden (Bettwäsche, Strom, Reinigung). Es gibt keine Putzmittel, nur "Hardware". Die Küchenlampe hängt zu tief. Ist man über 1,75 m groß, stößt mansich sehr unangenehm. Der Baum an der Terrasse ist dürr und spendet keinen Schatten. Der Ausblick ist toll, die Lage ruhig. Der Utile (nicht auf Googleearth, 5 min. entfernt) ist super.

Die Lage der Unterkunft, an ei...

Die Lage der Unterkunft, an einem Weinberg gelegen, ist großartig. In 10 min ist man zu Fuß im Ort, in 15 min am Strand. In der Hauptsaison fährt ein Gratisbus ( bis 00.45h ).Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zwar etwas altmodisch, aber alles erforderliche, v.a. in der Küche ist vorhanden. Herausragend : Die große Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick. Eine Empfehlung ist die Mitnahme eines Mückenschutzes.

Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage oder Mückenschutz an den Fenstern. Sonnenschirm war alt und defekt. Keine Aufstellwäscheleine. Besteck teils klapperig. Ansonsten gute Lage.
