Great hotel, convenient to have a mall in front, restaurants all arround, the metro station across the street, this is a great option to stay in Madrid.
Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful, room was immaculate clean. Highly recommended.

We booked a room with two beds and it was very spacious, the beds were firm but comfortable, and it was quiet, we couldn’t hear any noise from the street. There are no sleepers so bring your own, the carpet is not soft so walking with bare feet is not recommended also not sanitary :)
The breakfast was the best, varied, good quality and the service provided was great.
The hotel is very well located, we didn’t use the metro but there was one close by, there are lots of shops, cafés and restaurants around. We highly recommend it.

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Ávila. Comfy bed and the room had great A/C which was needed in the heat. The staff we met were all very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good for setting us up for the day. We parked in a car park just outside the city walls about a five minute walk from the hotel. ..."
