"Excellent position. Beautiful rooftop terrace with panoramic view of Viareggio. Friendly family run hotel. Ferragosto (15th Aug) - the hotel treated all the guests to a beautiful celebration on the roof terrace with excellent food and drink. This was a lovely surprise! Thank you!"

"We stayed here for 5 days and overall had a great time. The location is excellent just steps from the beach and close to everything you’d want in Viareggio.Alessandra, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even with a bit of a language barrier, she was always available to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. Really appreciated her support.The only downside was the cleanliness. For a property that charges 80 for end-of-stay cleaning, we expected better. The windows were quite dirty and there was noticeable dust around the apartment. The bathroom could also use a bit of maintenance.Still, we enjoyed our stay and the place has a lot going for it and with a little extra attention to cleaning and upkeep, it would easily be a 5-star experience."
