Easy to find with Waze but confusing to check in. You have to go to reception of a hotel opposite. And nothing is in English. You have to work out to call the emergency phone number. The chap at reception on e you found him was very helpful. The room itself was very average.

bac de douche très sale, parsemé de pas de chaussures sales. Petit déjeuner très mal disposé et le monsieur était très désagréable. Nous lui avons demandé une cuillère puisqu'il n'y en avait plus, il nous a répondu qu'il ne pouvait pas être partout. Organisation à revoir. Décevant.

Vétuste mais bonne literie

Accueil agréable, chambre petite mais propre. Il n'y avait qu'une serviette mais sur demande une employée nous en a apportées d'autres immédiatement. Par contre il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et en faisant couler l'eau il y a eu un débordement très rapide inondant la salle d'eau. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre triple.malgré tout il n'y avait toujours pas d'eau chaude et c'est très désagréable.

Une nuit dans cet hôtel. La réception des clés s'est passée sans souci, le monsieur a l'accueil très gentil, poli,courtois. La chambre plutôt propre. Surprise de voir un lavabo dans la chambre mais pas dérangeant. Chambre plutot propre. Endroit plutôt calme. A l'entrée, un distributeur de boisson qui fonctionne une fois sur 2. Cest dommage mais sinon rien a dire

OK for overnight stop

ok for a over night stop over. If you are at B Hotel, it's opposite the main hotel reception building, there isn't any WIFI . That was OK for us, but you have to go across the road to the other building for it. Otherwise, it was a good choice for an overnight stop on our journey. The shower was really good, nice bed and AC.

Réclamation faite depuis 2 mois

Concernant les locaux de l’hôtel ça va. L’inconvénient principal est le fait que la réception soit dans un autre bâtiment. Propreté nickel. En revanche en ce qui concerne le service client … J’ai effectué une réservation sur l’application d’Hotel.com. Dans l’heure qui a suivi j’ai effectué une modification à savoir retiré une nuit sur les 3 prises en amont. Je précise que je n’avais pas pris l’assurance. Durant cette modification, l’intelligence artificielle m’a indiqué que je serai remboursé de la nuit modifiée (capture d’écran à l’appui). Lorsque je suis arrivé à l’hôtel, l’employé m’a dit qu’il fallait que je vois avec le site Internet car la réservation a été faite via l’application. J’ai donc mis une réclamation. Cela fait deux mois, je n’ai aucune nouvelle. Un numéro des États Unis m’avait appelé pour que je leur explique la situation depuis silence radio. De plus la facture reçu ne correspondent pas à la réalité. J’ai effectué des recherches sur le moteur de recherche et tous les avis concordent. Le service client laisse à désirer. L’hôtel s’est complètement déchargé de toute responsabilité et le numéro présent sur le site ne fonctionne pas. N’étant pas de la région je n’ai pas pu retrouver sur place. J’ai le sentiment d’avoir été trompé. Déçu de l’hôtel et du site de réservation.

Advertised that they had wifi but didn’t. Although they eventually were able to borrow a wifi booster we still had to push for it. The hotel is managed by a nearby hotel. The hotel looks abandoned, cold and dark. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean im comparison to the hotel. The rooms are paper thine so you hear everything.
