Good but little details would make it better

This is a good size apartment in a good location, 200 metres from the Chatel- link gondola, which is where you get the ski bus down to La Chapelle ski area. The apartment was clean and comfortable but little details were missing, no tea towels, no scourers, no washing up liquid or tablets,nothing in the cupboards, usually there is salt, pepper, oil, mustard and similar bits left by previous occupants. we notified a number of minor items that needed repair/replacement. We enjoyed our stay, these small details

The countryside was beautiful. It was nice to have a three bedroom unit so we could have our individual space. The apartment was clean and the property manager was prompt in responding to a minor issue.

Zum schlafen ok, mehr aber nicht

Sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Man muss lange auf eine Antwort vom Gastgeber warten oder bekommt erst gar keine. Es gibt viele Missverständnisse, Englisch wird so gut wie nicht gesprochen. Nach Absprache reiste ich sehr spät abends mit meinem Baby an und musste dann erst einmal selber das babybett aufbauen, nur um festzustellen, dass dort gar kein Baby schlafen kann, da keine Matratze dabei war. Dann konnte ich nicht duschen gehen, da die bestellten Handtücher nicht da waren. Nicht ein mal ein Küchenhandtuch gab es. Keine Seife, kein Spülmittel, keine Prise Salz. Sehr sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sauber (außer Schimmel in der Dusche) aber spartanisch und 0815 eingerichtet. Für zwei Nächte kann man es ertragen. Auf Grund fehlender Gastfreundlichkeit komme ich nicht wieder. PS: 8 Euro pro Handtuch extra??? Habe ich noch nie erlebt und finde ich sehr überteuert.

Bel appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce bel appartement très propre et très bien équipé.Petit bémol sur la literie un sommier très raide dans une chambre et un peu mou dans l'autre mais après une bonne rando nous avons bien dormi quand même. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et le barbecue sur le terrain. Très bon contact avec la fille du propriétaire et accès très facile avec le code sur la porte d'entrée en bas. On recommande vous ne serez pas déçu.
