"We stayed on the third floor with a balcony and the room had a a kitchen (though we did not need to use it). Bed was comfortable, clean bathroom. Staff members, Mari and I believe, Concetta was her name, were extremely helpful. They assisted us with our restaurant reservation and arranged for our taxi to the train station. Prime location next to San Antonio Plaza and access to other parts of the city. "

"The room was clean and well appointed. Perfect and comfortable.The Orange and Cedarwood shower gel was a great touch. I planned on visiting in august, plans changed but this hotel still appealed. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff hospitable, helpful and very courteous. I did not include breakfast in my booking but the option to add it was worthwhile. The hotel is in a brilliant location near the cathedral while the other attractions are easily reached.
