In the heart of La Bourboule, in a splendid, fully renovated Art Deco residence just steps from the thermal baths, the market, and all amenities, a beautiful 58m² two-bedroom apartment with a private terrace, located on the first floor with elevator access. Unlimited Wi-Fi access.

A spacious living room opening onto a terrace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a 3-zone induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment.

One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and ample storage, also opening onto the terrace.

One bedroom with a single bed (90cm) and a bunk bed (80cm).
Bathroom (shower) with heated towel rail and washer-dryer.
Separate toilet.
A cellar is also available for storing your ski equipment or luggage.
