Located between Pornic and the island of Noirmoutier, come and discover the Pays de Retz and stay in La Bernerie en Retz; a village of character, calm and family-friendly, one of the most preserved on the Jade Coast.
Your accommodation is located in the village and only 230m from the beach and the large "Sea Water Plan". The 50m² apartment is located in a small co-ownership. On the ground floor, you have a master suite with a double bed, dressing room, shower room and separate toilet. A sofa bed in the living room allows you to accommodate up to 4 people.
Upstairs, an open kitchen overlooking the TV lounge offers direct access to a 15 m² wooden terrace, private and without overlooking neighbours, equipped with outdoor furniture and a parasol. The kitchen space is fully fitted with induction hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, citrus press, raclette appliance and all necessary utensils. A second independent toilet is also located on this floor, thus completing the rental. For maximum comfort the lounge is equipped with air conditioning and also made available to you; a hairdryer, washing machine, electric barbecue, ironing table and iron.
