"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

"Site très accueillant, bien entretenu, très bien placé pour randonnées VTT, découverte de la région qui regorge de lieux à découvrir ou simplement farniente (piscine). Eva nous a accueilli chaleureusement et s’est pliée en 4 pour nous rendre notre we très agréable. Le village de Lagrand est superbe et paysible. "Chambre très basique (ressemble à une chambre d'hôpital..), salle de bain avec horrible cabine de douche en plastique plutôt sale...chzmbre malgré tout bien équipé, chauffage, clim., sèche serviette.. Calme.. Dommage également que le petit déj ne soit servi qu'à partir de 7h30 et en aucun cas avant.. Rien pour compenser en plus! Rien de véritablement catastrophique mais ne vaut pas le tarif payé. "
