"This was a last minute booking but the owners responded almost immediately, great response. I receive a warm welcome from the owners, Very friendly. The cottage has everything you could ask for. It's on a farm location with views and animals on the doorstep. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge with wood burner and french and english tv, I will be rebooking to take to family on our next visit."

The location was great, with a shop, bakery and small park in walking distance, and Evron and Le Mans short drives away - a great base to explore the area. "Het huis was compleet en goed ingericht. In de grote tuin was het heerlijk rustig te vertoeven. De droger bleek niet voor handen, maar dat werd na een week verholpen. Er was geen airco maar wel in iedere slaapkamer een ventilator. Graham was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In een straal van ca. 100 kilometer in zowel Normandië als Bretagne was veel te zien. "We booked to fish the lake as we often just go fishing in France and it’s tranquil and peaceful, the lake itself isn’t massive and you can hit most of it from the road side, as long as your good at casting! Fishing wise we caught every day smallest carp around 1lb up to 23lb, with 2 other carp at 22 & 20lb as well as quite a few upper doubles. Depths wise far bank 2ft road side 7-9ft, overall a really good place and worth visiting. The carp do take Bollie’s, we mainly used and caught on wafters...

"Conveniently situated for our journey and also for refuelling and a supermarket. Clean, comfortable room and a good shower enabled a peaceful night's sleep. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. A kettle was available on request to make a hot drink. The tasty and filling breakfast was reasonable priced too. We have used this hotel many times and it has never disappointed."
