Welcome to this bright and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment, ideally located on rue de la place du Marché Lajarrige, just 30 meters from La Baule-les-Pins train station and 600 meters from the beach, in one of La Baule’s most lively and pleasant neighborhoods.



The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (sleeps up to 4), a functional kitchenette equipped for all your meals (stovetop, microwave, fridge, etc.), and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.



A private parking space is available right in front of the building.



Enjoy the famous bay of La Baule, known as one of Europe’s most beautiful beaches. Stroll along the seafront promenade, try water sports like sailing, paddleboarding, or kitesurfing, go cycling, or visit the Barrière casino. Nearby, explore the salt marshes of Guérande, the wild coast of Le Pouliguen, or take a boat trip to the islands.



Sailing clubs and kids’ activities are just a 4-minute walk away.
