Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming apartment for rent in La Baule-Escoublac, 900 m from the beach, with a surface area of 80 m² and accommodating up to 6 guests. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 80 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two twin beds pushed together to form a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 7 m² balcony, facing southeast with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in La Baule-Escoublac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- La Baule beach about 900 m away (one of the longest beaches in Europe)
- Water sports: sailing, water skiing, paddleboarding, jet skiing, tubing, kayaking, etc.
- Walks in the Dryades park or the Escoublac forest
