Belle rénovation et vue magnifique

Très Belle rénovation, matériaux de qualité , vue exceptionnelle, bon emplacement, très bien équipé. Conciergerie agréable ,modernisée et efficace. L’emplacement peut être bruyant certains soirs, La Baule est malheureusement moins calme depuis peu avec des groupes de jeunes irrespectueux et bruyants. La conciergerie n’est bien sûre pas fautive de cette situation liée à la dégradation politique de communes avoisinantes, Nantes en particulier. Pour information, des travaux bruyants ont eu lieu dans un appartement de l’immeuble et la porte de l’immeuble a été bloquée une matinée par les artisans ce qui a mis en panne le portier électronique. Cela ne nous a pas trop perturbé mais Je l’ai dit à des voisins propriétaires pour que le syndic soit prévenu. Merci à vous deux , nous louons cet appartement depuis 3 ans et reviendrons certainement l’an prochain ! Bonne saison à vous !
